Returns & Refunds Policy

At Alba Noir, we take pride in the quality of every item we sell. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at returns@albanoir.co.uk before returning anything. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable
• We will provide the correct return address upon request — please do not return items without contacting us first

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at returns@albanoir.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. In these cases, return postage will be covered by Alba Noir and a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Exemptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items are exempt from our returns policy and cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made items — products made to your specification or clearly personalised
• Digital downloads — once the download has been accessed or the licence delivered

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
